Phone Windows 7: out of stock?

It is the latest style for mobile phone manufacturers and vendors of operating systems suffer from problems of stock, a few days after the launch of new products. Apple is often the victim, but this time it's more original, since this is Microsoft! It seems that Windows smartphones Phone 7, first launched in Europe, were now difficult to find.
